WHAT WE DO?

The Bachelor of Human Resource prepares students to manage the development of  human capital in organizations.

It includes instruction in personnel and organization policy, human resource dynamics and flows, labor relations, civil rights, human resources law and regulations, motivation and compensation systems, recruitment and selection, and managing employee and job training programs.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Passed STPM with min 2 ‘C’, or
  • One Year Foundation Program from Universiti Selangor (UNISEL) with at least a CGPA of 2.00, OR
  • A recognized Matriculation Certificate with at least a CGPA of 2.00 OR
  • Diploma qualification or its equivalent from any accredited IPTA or IPTS with at least a CGPA of 2.00.
  • Other equivalent qualification such A-Level recognized by the government.
  • Passed STAM (jayyid), and credit Bahasa Malaysia at SPM level.
  • Australian Senior Secondary Qualification
  • Passed South Australian Certificate Education (SACE) with minimum of average 50 marks from 5 subjects, OR
  • Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) with minimum average grade C, OR
  • New South Wales Higher School Certificate (NWSHSC) with minimum of 60 marks (band 3), OR
  • Canadian International Programme (CIMP)/International Canadian Pre-University Programme (ICPU), OR
  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with minimum 60% for 6 subjects, OR
  • Other qualification at grade 12 level recognized by each state.
