ABOUT OUR COLLOQUIUM
The Faculty of Business and Accountancy of Universiti Selangor Malaysia is delighted to announce the forthcoming 2026 FBA Postgraduate Research Colloquium, scheduled to be held physically and virtually on the 4 – 5 of June 2026. 23 – 24 July 2026.
This colloquium provides an interdisciplinary platform for Masters and PhD candidates to share their work in progress with their supervisors, peers, and academicians. It is also a platform for Masters and PhD candidates to foster an environment for networking, idea exchange, and knowledge sharing among other post-graduate students and explore the potential of publishing a research work. Authors are encouraging to incorporate elements of ESG or MADANI.
THE FBA COLLOQUIUM PRESENTATION MODE:

GUIDE FOR AUTHORS
Prospective post-graduate students, researchers, and authors are invited to submit a paper summarising their research in one of the following areas:
- Critical review of literature, conceptual framing of the study and development of research question(s), problem statement, or
- Justification of research design and methodology, including consideration of research ethics, with appropriate links made to research questions and objectives, or
- Preliminary analysis of findings and articulation of the proposed theoretical contribution of the study.
Rather than trying to cram the whole of your study into a short paper, we are therefore inviting you to provide a comprehensive articulation of your research in one out of the three areas outlined above. Please think specifically about the area(s) that you would particularly welcome feedback upon and concentrate on that, therefore. In addition, the paper should include a description of proposed research, including main research questions and research objectives so that the panel of distinguished reviewers/assessors can give you detailed and constructive feedback on your research.
PAPER SUBMISSION
- All papers must be submitted via email in “.doc” format to fbacolloquium@unisel.edu.my on or before
08 May 2026 (Friday).1 July 2026 (Wednesday). - Please make sure the papers are not in pdf format and zipped.
- Please follow the article format as given in the template.
- Powerpoint slides presentation only applicable for new registered students (intake year 2025/2026).
