EXPECTED SALARY

Public Sector: Basic starting monthly salary is around RM1,940 ; plus allowances (such as housing and services) the total can amount to around RM2,790.

Private Sector: The amount of basic starting monthly salary can vary from the above amount. However, the total amount of monthly salary earned (inclusive of allowances) is subject to negotiation and which can be higher than that earned in the public sector.

Entry Requirement

  • Pass SPM or equivalent with a minimum of 3 credits including Mathematics, and pass English;
  • Pass a Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM) or equivalent, with a minimum of Grade C (NGMP 2.0) in any subject, and credit in Mathematics and pass English at SPM level;
  • Pass a Malaysian Higher Education Certificate (STAM) with a minimum of Maqbul (pass) and credit in Mathematics and pass English at SPM level;
  • Pass a Level 3 SKM in the relevant field and pass a SPM with a minimum of 1 credit in any subject with credit in Mathematics and English pass;
  • Certificate or its equivalent in the relevant field
