Our degrees in human resource management (BHRM) provide students with both quantitative skills and a global perspective as they pertain to BHRM with a goal of enriching the student's understanding of the environment in which Hurman Resources Management operates. BHRM program is a perfect fit for professionals who need to comprehend such issues as compensation management, employment law, leadership theory, recruitment, retention and the role of analysis in strategic decision making.

Entry RequirEment
- Passed STPM with a minimum Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in any two (2) subjects, and passed in Mathematics and English at SPM level; OR
- Passed STAM with minimum Grade Jayyid, and passed in Mathematics and English at SPM level; OR
- Passed Foundation/Matriculation/Diploma or equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.00; OR
- Passed Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM) / Malaysian Skills Advanced Diploma (DLKM) / Malaysian Vocational Diploma (DVM) in related field with minimum CGPA 2.50 and get full accreditation.
- Passed United Examination Certificate (UEC) with minimum Grade B in any five (5) subjects including Mathematics and English.
INTERNATIONAL ENTRY REQUIRMENT
- For international students, must have a minimum score of 5.5 in IELTS or equivalent.
